We faced serious issues with the shower, having hot water only a fraction of our stay. The towels were often torn and we had to ask for them daily, which was so frustrating. The room service was inconsistent, and on our last day, we couldn’t shower as there was no hot water or clean towels.

Amanda, our housekeeper, was outstanding in keeping our Deluxe King Room spotless. Plus, the pool area offered a nice retreat with plenty of lounging options.

Dining options are conveniently nearby, with places like Miss Lily's and Aunty's Patties just a short walk away. However, the management seems inexperienced, which has an impact on service consistency. our food order was forgotten during a busy period. Additionally, I encountered issues with a cancellation charge that was not properly addressed, despite prior notice of a free cancellation.

The hotel offers charming gardens providing privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms, while basic, come with unique towel art crafted by the housemaids, which adds a personal touch to your stay.

It was just a fine choice for a short break in Negril with very good value for money. The rooms need some updating, but the beach access was really convenient for daily sunsets. Don't expect luxury, but it's manageable for a budget stay.
